Opportunity Alliance’s Street Outreach Program connects directly with individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness throughout Southern Indiana. Our team meets people where they are, builds relationships, identifies immediate needs, and works to remove barriers that prevent individuals from accessing housing and services.

Street Outreach provides housing-focused case management, Coordinated Entry connections, assistance obtaining identification and other documents, benefits navigation, referrals to shelter and community resources, and support locating permanent housing. The goal is not simply to meet an immediate need, but to help individuals move from homelessness toward safe, stable, and long-term housing.
