What is Housing Stability?
The Housing Stability Program helps individuals and families who are at risk of losing their housing address the barriers that can lead to homelessness. Through individualized case management, housing counseling, resource navigation, landlord mediation, and limited financial assistance when available, we work with households to develop a plan for long-term stability.
Our goal is not just to address the immediate housing crisis, but to help families understand what caused the instability and connect them with the resources and support needed to move forward. Whether someone is facing eviction, struggling with rent, experiencing a loss of income, or dealing with other housing-related challenges, our team works alongside them to help maintain safe, stable housing and reduce the risk of future homelessness.
